Assistant Restaurant Manager

Full-Time (45 Hours)

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to effectively lead the Restaurant Team and service in the Afton Bar and Restaurant . You will be tasked with ensuring we deliver on the RAD Hotel Group’s service standards and positive customer feedback whilst ensuring we drive cover and revenue targets set by the Management Team.

As such, you will ensure that all guests receive an exceptional experience within the Restaurant. You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and the ability to motivate your team. A passion for customer service and drive to ensure that we meet and exceed guest expectations is paramount.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in supervising or managing a team
• Previous experience in similar quality of restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Customer service skills
• Keeps up to industry food and drink trends
• Self motivated and able to motivate and develop a team
