How to Spa

To make an appointment for the perfect treatment, please contact the spa where we will be delighted to assist you.

It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception 1 hour prior to your treatment time to enable you to enjoy full use of the spa facilities.

For your comfort, the spa will provide you with a luxurious robe, towels and slippers to use throughout your visit (minimum of 1 hour booking time applies). Hotel guests on a residential spa package may wish to arrive in the robe from their bedroom to extend their relaxation. We kindly advise you to bring a bathing suit if you wish to use the Thermal Suite.

When making your spa reservation, we kindly ask that you advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your choice of treatment.

The Lochside spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation so please respect other guests at all times. Mobile phones should also be switched off prior to entering the spa to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted atmosphere.

The minimum age requirement for access into the spa and to experience treatments is 16 years old.

24-hour cancellation is required for all treatment bookings and 48 hours for any Spa Day Rituals/Packages to avoid a 100% charge.

Charges will be made for no shows and cancellations out with our free cancelation terms. This will be charged to the card taken to guarantee the booking.

Gift Cards are available for Treatments, Day Spa Rituals, residential packages or retail products and are an ideal present for someone special. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment or purchase.
