With so many beautiful changes as we enter this new season it’s hard not to feel inspired. And where better to channel that inspiration than into our Menu!

Spring has truly sprung into our A La Carte menu and the summer sun is shining over our new seasonal dishes created to make the most of what our changing seasons have to offer. Flavourful fruits and vegetables, freshly picked herbs and specially selected meats work together to bring the true taste and vibrancy of Spring to your table.

Our violet gin, blueberries and tonics

Aim is the game of what’s in season

Lamb or Duck is much more pleasing

A little mint and fine cognac

A summer pudding will bring you back

 

Light bites and light nights

We are open till nine

For that wee glass of wine”
