Covid-19 Updade

We can’t wait to see you!

We have now re-opened our Bedrooms, Lodges, Restaurant and Spa in accordance with government guidance.

Spa Bookings

We are now able to reopen our full range of spa facilities including our luxurious thermal suite which will be open as normal with enhanced cleaning schedules.

Lodge Bookings

Our luxurious lodges are now available to book at full capacity. Our largest lodge can comfortably host up to 18 guests and there are no longer restrictions on the number of households included in your booking. Additionally, our 3 NEW luxury lodges are now available to book from December onwards.

Restaurant Bookings

All guests are now welcome to dine in our Afton Restaurant without limits to the number of people/households per table. Our newly refurbished private dining suite is also available for large parties to book now.

In-House Events

We are finally able to announce that our in-house events are also available to book for the with plenty in store across our 6 venues this year. We have relaunched our Tribute Night Events Nights which include amazing live entertainment and plenty of dancing.

Life Event Bookings

We are thrilled to confirm that all event bookings including weddings are now able to go ahead at full capacity. Masks are no longer mandatory and can be worn at your own choice. Updated social distancing guidelines also mean that dancing and mingling is a go and we can’t wait to see you all on the dance floor!

If your wedding has been previously affected by Covid-19, please know that we are always available to answer any questions and guide you as you plan your dream day.

We are also happy to accept any new bookings for all of your milestone events.

FAQ’s

All hotel facilities are now open as normal including our stunning Afton Restaurant, Spa & Thermal Suite as well as all of our bedrooms, luxury lodges and event spaces.

Masks are no longer mandatory within any part of the hotel. In accordance with government guidelines this will now be a personal choice and some staff members may not be wearing PPE.

We advise booking in advance in order to ensure availability.

There are no longer limits on the number of guests/households per booking in our Afton Restaurant. This means all our guests are welcome to catch up and enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family again.

Spa FAQ's

The spa at Lochside is now open and available for bookings.

We recognise that we need to be flexible at this time and are regularly updating our cancellation policy to accommodate those affected by these unprecedented times. We intend to ensure that all our guests are comfortable and happy.

We have taken lots of precautions to reduce the risk of covid 19 transmission all of which meet current government guidance and include:
on arrival we carry out a health screening to all our spa guests.
we require all guests visiting the spa to wash and sanitise hands.
we practise and promote physical distancing
our staff wear masks and we ask that our guests do too, if they can
we sterilise our equipment and use disposable tools where applicable
we change our bedding, sanitise and disinfect high touch points in the treatment rooms after each guest
we deep clean, disinfect and sanitise the premises overnight. We frequently repeat this process throughout the day on high touch points.

At the moment our restaurants, bedrooms and treatments rooms will be open. The spa at Lochside has now fully opened for treatments, with our thermal suite facilities back on offer to spa guests.

If you are a hotel guest we ask that you come to the spa in your robe and slippers ready for your treatments. If you are a day guest we are operating a one household in one household out policy for our changing rooms.

Please bring as little as possible to your appointment at the spa. We ask that you leave your coats and belongings in your car or bedroom. If you are checking into a room after your treatments we ask that you come to the spa without any luggage as we won’t be able to store this.

If you have had a voucher which you were unable to use due to Covid 19, please be assured that we have extended these by 6 months until the 22nd of January 2021 so that you don’t miss out.

For the time being, we are encouraging guests to dine upstairs in the restaurant.
