Covid-19 Updade

Coronavirus and the Scottish Governments efforts to suppress and contain the virus continue to have a significant effect on the services we are able to offer.
It is important to note that guidance on what hospitality and hotels can and can’t do is being changed regularly at short notice. This is all aimed at reducing the spread of the virus. Because of this, we reserve the right to make any changes to our operations to comply with legislation or guidance at short notice and without warning.
Following the government’s announcement on Monday the 4th of January regarding further restrictions we would like to update you on how this will affect your stay, dining experience or life event planned with us.• Lochside House Hotel Lodges and Spa will move to tighter tier 4 restrictions on Tuesday the 5th of January with Mainland Scotland now being issued a stay at home message. For this reason, we won’t be able to open until at least the 1st of February.

For Life Event Bookings:

• If your wedding has been affected by this please know that we are currently working our way through our current wedding bookings and will be in touch as soon as possible. Under the new restrictions, we are unable to host wakes/funeral teas and from Friday 8th any bookings affected by this will be contacted as soon as possible. We can still accept new bookings for weddings but cannot accept funeral bookings at this time.
